General Polish

General Polish classes are designed to support learners at every stage of language development, from complete beginners (A0) through to advanced speakers (C1). During the classes we focus on all the essential skills needed for confident and accurate use of the language, including speaking, vocabulary building, stylistic expression, and grammar.

I understand that every student learns differently. Some prefer working with ready-made phrases and practical expressions they can immediately use in conversation, while others feel more comfortable understanding the grammatical rules and structures behind the language. Both approaches are totally fine – there’s no “right” way to learn a language.

That is why, before starting the course, we take time to talk about your goals, preferences, and expectations.

What do the lessons look like?

I adapt the pace, teaching style, and materials to your level, goals, and preferred way of learning, so every lesson feels relevant and effective.

Not all lessons are the same – we adapt to your current needs and the challenges that come up along the way.

We use a variety of textbooks, but after the first lesson and once we’ve identified your needs, I will recommend one main textbook that we will work with — the one that best suits you and your learning goals.

The vocabulary and grammatical forms you learn are useful, and I regularly recycle it in future lessons so that they don’t remain passive, but become part of your active language.

What will you gain?

  • Structured, well-planned lessons with a clear learning path
  • A solid foundation in grammar and vocabulary
  • Steady, visible progress in your Polish
  • Continuous guidance through regular progress checks
  • Personalised feedback and notes after each class
